I am a devoted and highly motivated broker with Alaska Built Real Estate LLC.  After purchasing my first rental property I began to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance. I continually study the market and the latest trends so my staff and licensees  and I can connect people interested in purchasing real estate with the right property to meet their needs and desires.  I am a member of the Realtor Organization and the  Mat-Su Home Builder Association. I enjoy working with first time home buyers as well as investors.

I have a background in the construction industry that has lead me to work hand in hand with many builders and local developers. I am the exclusive representative of Robert Yundt Homes and I am excited to put new home buyers in their own custom 5 star plus homes in some of the hottest neighborhoods of the Mat-Su Valley, as well as finding land and multifamily buildings for investors.

I strive to use cutting edge technology which allows me to not only respond and communicate with my clients instantaneously but also to scour the MLS and market for properties.

I am an extremely hard worker and an assertive advocate for my clients. When I am not busy working you can find me exploring hiking trails, fishing spots and savoring all the great Alaskan outdoors has to offer!

I am an Associate Broker with a bachelor’s degree in Business and nine years of experience in the Alaska Real Estate market. I’m committed to providing my clients with superior service. I have always loved real estate. In my youth my family built several homes and even as a child I couldn’t help but be amazed with the process. As I watched vacant lots turn into beautiful homes I began to understand that every home is just as unique as the individuals who live in them.

A career in real estate is one of the most creative and multi-fauceted careers on the market. It is worlds beyond just showing homes and writing offers. I have been blessed with opportunities in the industry over the years that have been very demanding and pushed me tremendously as a person as well as a professional in this industry. Individuality is another aspect of the industry that I value. There are laws to follow as a real estate agent, but there’s also plenty or room to run your business the way you like. I am my own logo so I am free to be me and I like that!

I am lucky to have been born and raised in Palmer and Wasilla, being surrounded by all that Alaska has to offer. My love for real estate stems back to my childhood. Being born into a construction family offered me the opportunity to watch jobs sites transform into homes and commercial buildings. My first “job” was cleaning new rental units for my parents, and even then I always knew that I would eventually return to real estate somehow. I graduated from UAA with a degree in economics and real estate where I developed fundamental understandings of real estate law, property management, and real estate finance. I am thrilled to officially pursue real estate as a career with Rent In The Valley.

I love to meet and work with new people and build strong, lasting relationships with customers. In my spare time I love being outdoors and exploring Alaska with my dogs. I have taken up photography and videography as a hobby and when I can, I love to travel. So far I have only made it as far as Europe, but plan to expand my list of countries soon. No matter where I go, there is no better feeling than returning home to Alaska!

I am a fifth generation Alaskan and a graduate of Dimond Highschool. My background has been in sales since I began working. I have been licensed since 2010. In 2012 I began working as an appraiser trainee and I became a certified residential appraiser in 2014. I love working with sellers on staging their home and helping give them ideas to get the most value out of their homes. I am passionate about being an advocate for my clients and helping them navigate the process of buying and selling real estate!

I came to Alaska for the first time in 1976, and I fell in love with this great state. Having lived a lot of places across the country, I can honestly say there is nowhere else I would even consider living.

My love for Alaska, and the Mat-Su Valley in particular, make it easy to help people fulfill their dreams here as well. I specialize in new construction, and am currently representing Sumner Company Homes, so if your looking to buy or sell real estate, or need guided through the new construction process, I make it easy for my clients to feel comfortable from start to finish. Licensed since 2007, I have the experience to help you through all your real estate needs.

Lifelong love and interest for all things real estate related – land, development, residential building, pricing and trends, financial strategies and investment planning. I’m known for integrity and to not “sugar coat” information.

My real estate related past includes work in family lumber and construction business in N.D.; B.S. Legal Assistant, emphasis Real Estate and Tax; and Community Planning Graduate school. Moved to Alaska in 1987 started in mortgage fraud and foreclosure investigations then tax litigation as an Investigator and legal assistant. I discovered real estate sales being a great fit for my family in 1996.
